Working methods

First

From the moment we requested our service and whenever possible, we go in person, we verify application services which we are subject, not limiting ourselves to be passive but above all, we try to advice and offer in principle alternatives. A view on the first inspection, and the data obtained, we proceed to develop the consequent personal budget, ensuring the materials used and workmanship according to the type of services that we demand.

Second

After presenting the budget, we discuss with the client and verify that all aspects objects of the work contemplated, and is formed after approval, we proceed to the signing of the contract, in which the delivery is specified of the work, the start date, the materials used, prior to delivery of the same test, supporting documentation, payment terms, etc. Once the work has finished, and a revised client company time, proceed to the acceptance of it and start counting the warranty period we offer.

Third

Advise clients on the various possible alternatives, seeking the best solution in its price-quality-needs. Our experts visit the facility, field, perform the corresponding measurements and to develop a project really for you.

Fourth

When the project is completed, it is submitted for consideration to the client for approval. After starting the work, the installation is subjected to the most stringent quality tests, checking the reliability of the installation all aspects, ensuring both the material used as labor, highly qualified.

For the execution of the service, TECSITEL, S.L. in his capacity as an independent company, will use the necessary staff, which will depend on all legal purposes exclusively from it. TECSITEL, S.L. will be the responsible to imparting the appropriate and necessary training on prevention of occupational risks, on the work to be performed in accordance with the provisions of Law 31/95 of November 8.
